Este trabajo menciona los hallazgos clínicos obtenidos con la Centella Asiática vía intralesional. Esta via, no ha sido empleada antes en esta patología. La Centella Asiática, es una alternativa más para la terapia de estas patologías recalcitrantes. Es segura, inocua, y efectiva sin efectos secundarios importantes. Su modo de acción apunta hacia el metabolismo de los miofibroblastos y colágeno inmaduro.
Abstract
This work mentions the clinical findings obtained with Centella asiatica via the intralesional route. This route has not been used before in this pathology. Centella asiatica is another alternative for the therapy of these recalcitrant pathologies. It is safe, harmless and effective without significant side effects. Its mode of action targets the metabolism of myofibroblasts and immature collagen.
